Our mission keeps us at the vanguard of administrating and facilitating academic and professional opportunities for the Afghans community; opportunities that make their insertion in a globalized world easier in such a way that will place them in a continuous process of professional evolution, generating new skills and capabilities within a holistic, practical, and applicable context.
ROD applies education research-based insights into how to improve learning and teaching in real world. ROD evaluates the impact of a variety of educational programs, including improvement efforts for capacity building, models for education reform, initiatives aimed at raising teacher quality and efforts to improve employees and students education. Research identifies which factors improve education, and this information is used to inform policymakers.

Training for Capacity Building:

Building capacity is about building an organization's ability to perform well.
ROD scientific board could offer Capacity Building Programs for any organization either government and nongovernment to fulfill its mission and sustain itself.

Vocational and non-vocational Trainings: 

ROD is to provides support and development of the vocational and non-vocational education for all subjects interested related to the research departments in Afghanistan, (social partners, education institutions, students, teachers)
The mission of the ROD Education Center is to provide quality vocational and non-vocational education and training in accordance to the needs of the labor market, to contribute in raising the level of youth employment, and to improve the efficiency and the competitiveness in the economy.
